Lester &
Associates is a firm dedicated to the rights of the injured and accident
victims. We have represented individuals and families of those
injured or killed in accidents ranging from defective products,
automobile accidents, or on the job injuries. We will try to
negotiate prompt settlements with insurance companies but if we cannot
reach a reasonable settlement we will and do go to court for our
clients. We have never and do not represent any insurance
companies. We only represent individuals as plaintiffs. All our
consultations are free and representation is on a contingency basis;
therefore, we do not charge a fee unless and until we get our client a
money settlement or judgment. |
